I was startled to read that 'There is a Gallagher Organization statistic which reports that more than 60 percent of current employees are planning to leave their positions as soon as another opportunity presents itself' *
Having already borne the cost of recruiting and training, and presumably retaining the best through any changes you've made in staff numbers, the thought of 60% of them jumping ship at the first opportunity must be truly horrifying!

Grylls in High Adrenaline RIB race to launch RIBEX

TV action man Bear Grylls will race RIBEX organiser, Hugo Montgomery-Swan across the Solent from Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth to Cowes Yacht Haven, Cowes on the Isle of Wight at 11.00 am on May 7th to launch the 2010 RIBEX Rib Exhibition.

The two will race identical 7 m Coastline RIBS powered by Suzuki engines culminating in Grylls running up the pontoon to the Suzuki Marine stand to officially open the show.
